POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a QA Analyst at Scandium, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will work closely with developers and product managers to create and execute test plans, identify issues, and contribute to delivering high-quality applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual and automated testing on assigned software products.
• Identify, record, and track bugs, defects, and issues through to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless software release process.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies for better efficiency.
• Participate in sprint planning and review sessions to help define testing requirements and ensure quality is embedded early in the development lifecycle.
• Provide clear documentation on test cases, results, and issues found.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks especially Scandium is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in web and mobile testing is a plus.
