Scope
This refund policy applies to all customers (individuals or organization) who purchase Scandium’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions (the “Services”) directly or through authorized resellers or partners.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, customers must meet the following conditions:
- The customer has paid for the Services in advance.
- The customer has canceled their subscription in writing (email or mail) within the allowed cancellation period (see below).
- The customer has not used the Services excessively or fraudulently.
Cancellation Period
The cancellation period varies depending on the subscription plan:
- Monthly subscriptions: Within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions: Within the first 60 days of the billing cycle.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will be calculated as follows:
- Monthly subscriptions: Full refund of the current month's payment (if canceled within the first 7 days).
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rata refund of the unused portion of the annual fee (if canceled within the first 60 days).
Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must:
- Submit a written cancellation request to Scandium's support team (hello@getscandium.com)
- Provide their account details and reason for cancellation (optional).
- Receive confirmation of cancellation and refund amount from Scandium.
Refund Timing
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
Exceptions
The following scenarios are excluded from this refund policy:
- QA, Training, or consulting services.
- Services already consumed or used excessively.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Violation of Scandium's terms of service or acceptable use policy.
- Cancellations outside the allowed cancellation period.
Changes to this Policy
Scandium reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without notice.
By using Scandium’s Services, customers acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
