Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Scandium Systems LTD, you’ll play a critical role in driving our sales pipeline and introducing potential clients to our innovative SaaS solution. Your focus will be on identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and collaborating closely with our sales team to achieve our growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads.
  • Research and identify potential clients based on our ideal customer profile.
  • Initiate contact with leads through various communication channels (phone, email, social media).
  • Craft compelling and personalized messages to pique interest and establish rapport.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and effectively communicate their needs to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiastic and persistent with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand our products/services.
  • Previous experience in sales or lead generation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Software Quality Assurance is advantageous.
  • Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors, good.. Masters, nice… All together not necessary!
